I cannot completely commit to Camp 1 as I do think there are times, and situations, where users have to take responsibility for their own choices. For example, if someone choses to remain on dialup when higher speed connections are available, and within their reach, I do not think I should be obliged to design with their free choice in mind. If they choose to stay with an older browser rather than upgrade, why should I have to take that into account? I suspect that’s thereason general public want to read blog….Internet visitors generally create blogs to declare themselves or their secret views. Blog grant them same matter on the monitor screen what they specifically needed,so as the above stuffs declared it.

I dont know but why i don find such informative and profitable blogs so often,I suspect blogging world is becoming so small that we cant find such lucrative blogs like this one.I think you make more blogs for this type. Than we take a lots of information for it.

it is worth noting that Tajikistan shares the same cultural and historical heritage with Iran, which need to be cultivated and kept notwithstanding the differences in political aspirations of the two nations. Russia, while a good neighbor would be a good strategic ally but there isn’t much in common between the two countries except for the Soviet past, which pretty much every country in the former Soviet Union tries to forget.
