		<description>Isn't there a pattern? First Russia gets rid of its NTV then other Central Asian countries follow suit. The next step is to tighten the regulations for NGOs-something that is in progress in Russia. This is sad to see that many Central Asian countries are so dependent in their thinking from their Russian counterparts. Russia is not a popular country to follow at least politically.</description>
