		<description>Well with Russian media as their perhaps only source of information, I doubt most Tajiks could see Russian policy in its true light. From what I can tell, it does not call for Tajikistan becoming economically independent. 

It is geared towards turning the country into a raw into a base for cheap labor, raw materials and an instrument for geopolitical games. Not sure if that's how Tajiks would like to see the role of their country in the region.</description>
