The World Bank Private Sector Development Blog has a new field blogger: Andrea Dall’Olio. Andrea is an Italian who manages a project to reduce administrative barriers for small and medium enterprises in Tajikistan.

Although there is no real insight in his first post (he is only describing his initial impressions), it may well be worth keeping an eye on the progress of his project and his take on development in Tajikistan. The project specifically focuses on legal reform, including training and an information campaign to improve the business environment for small and medium enterprises (all funded by Switzerland).
