		<description>Right. In Samarkand, and generally, in Uzbekistan it is the same cold. It used to be cold and snowy every year, once I remember it was -20 degrees, but it was only one day... the interesting part is that it is cold since few weeks already..., the whole infrastructure of our countries are not built to survive such cold...

would be interesting to find out why and where this cold is coming from...</description>
